An average representative will make $160,000 annually and top earners $350,000-$450,000+. As a Solar Field Marketing Specialist, you’ll spearhead our mission by generating leads through educating homeowners & business owners on the benefits of going solar. Your focus will be on building relationships, crafting custom solar solutions, and driving sales. Experienced representatives will have opportunities to advance into closing sales and managing customer relationships. Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Engage in proactive field marketing and canvassing to identify and convert new leads for solar installations. Customer Education: Use your charisma to inform and excite potential customers about the benefits of solar energy. Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to ensure seamless set-to-sale experience through to installation, ensuring customer satisfaction. Industry Awareness: Stay informed about the latest trends, incentives, and advancements in solar technology. Qualifications: Sales or Customer Service Expertise: Proven experience in field marketing, canvassing, and direct-to-customer sales strongly preferred but, customer facing experience welcome! We'll train! Effective Communication: Strong ability to build rapport, present solutions, and convert interest to appointments. Self-Motivated: Independent and driven, with a track record of achieving and surpassing targets. Solar Experience: Preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is valued.
