Software Engineer (Cloud & Full Stack Development)Kforce has a client in Winchester, VA (hybrid) seeking a Software Engineer (Cloud & Full Stack Development). Are you a software engineer passionate about building innovative solutions in a mission-driven environment? We are seeking an experienced developer to design, develop, and deliver scalable applications leveraging cloud technologies and modern software engineering practices. What You'll Do:Design, develop, test, and implement software applications using Agile methodologiesBuild and maintain full-stack solutions utilizing both front-end and back-end technologiesDevelop, enhance, and maintain source code for new and existing applicationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challengesSupport cloud-based application development and modernization initiativesParticipate in all phases of the software development lifecycleRequired Qualifications:5+ years of software development experience4+ years of experience in at least one of the following: AWS Cloud Solutions; Python; C#;JavaExperience developing applications in Linux environmentsExperience with Java and JavaScript developmentExperience building end-to-end software solutions using front-end and back-end technologiesExperience writing, modifying, and enhancing application source codeExperience working within Agile development environmentsProven ability to collaborate effectively within technical teams to deliver solutionsApplicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified informationPreferred Qualifications:Experience with Java frameworks and libraries such as Spring, MongoDB, and OSGiExperience with Perl, Python, Lua, and NGINXAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentThis is an opportunity to work alongside talented engineers on complex technology initiatives while utilizing modern development practices and cloud technologies.
