Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive evaluations for speech, language, cognition, and swallowingDevelop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plansSpecialize in dysphagia management and cognitive-linguistic rehabilitationEducate patients, families, and staff on communication and swallowing strategiesContribute to quality improvement initiatives in patient careQualifications:Master's degree in Speech-Language PathologyCurrent Speech Language Pathologist ( SLP ) and ASHA CCC certification in the state of Kentucky2+ years of experience in skilled nursing or similar setting (preferred)Expertise in dysphagia management and cognitive rehabilitationPassion for geriatric care and interdisciplinary collaboration
