Our work spans consumer, industrial, medical, aerospace, and defense applications, with an emphasis on practical, buildable designs.With over 100 successful projects, we combine deep technical expertise with real-world manufacturing experience to deliver production-ready solutions.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, permanent, on-site role in Chandler, AZ for an Electrical / Embedded Engineer.This role is best suited for a junior engineer (1–3 years experience) or a strong entry-level candidate with hands-on project experience. You will work closely with a small team on a variety of active projects, contributing across both hardware and firmware development.The position is highly hands-on and involves lab work, prototyping, debugging, and iterative development. You will be working directly with real hardware—bringing up boards, probing signals, troubleshooting issues, and refining designs.Compensation$30–$45 per hour, depending on experienceFull-time, permanent positionKey ResponsibilitiesAssist in the design and troubleshooting of analog, digital, and power circuitsDevelop embedded firmware in C/C++ for microcontrollersSupport PCB design, layout, and reviewPerform hands-on bench debugging using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzersAssist with board bring-up and diagnose issues at the signal levelSupport prototyping, assembly, and testingContribute to system integration and design for manufacturabilityRequired QualificationsDegree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)Proficiency in embedded C/C++Basic understanding of analog circuits, power systems, and PCB designFamiliarity with microcontrollers and embedded systemsWillingness to work hands-on in a lab environmentPreferred Qualifications1–3 years of relevant experience (internships or projects count)Hands-on experience with bench equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter, soldering)Personal, academic, or hobby projects involving real hardware (breadboarding, PCB bring-up, or circuit debugging)Familiarity with common communication interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART)Exposure to wireless systems, sensors, or IoT devicesExport Control RequirementThis position requires access to export-controlled technology subject to U.S. regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations.Applicants must be a U.S. Person, defined as a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident (green card holder), or protected individual under U.S. law.
