The restaurant will consist of 200 seats plus a large 40-seat bar, perfect for corporate and social travelers staying in the 180-room hotel upstairs! The restaurant will be a cozy and upscale environment filled with dark woods and oil paintings of the bucolic countryside. The Ralph Lauren-inspired equestrian theme is seen throughout the space with classic patterns of plaid, stripes, and chinoiserie accents! A Fearless Prep Cook will be a professional who takes pride in their work. All team members must be highly organized with the ability and desire to work fast and clean.
