Full-Stack Engineer

The RoleWe're looking for Full-Stack Engineers who can help us build and scale LLM-based agentic applications from the ground up. You’ll join our team as one of our earliest hires. You'll work directly with the founders (ex-Google) and own key technical decisions from day one.You’llBuild Enterprise-Grade Applications using React and Python on public cloudDesign End-to-End AI Solutions with founders and clients, translating workflows into intuitive, production-ready productsOwn the Full Stack — from architecting Python backend services to deploying production systems on AWS/Azure/GCPDeploy in Real Customer Environments, ensuring performance, security, and observability standards are metMove Quickly and Autonomously in a fast-paced, high-trust environment where decisions and contributions have immediate impactExperience Required5–10 years of software engineering experience, including strong ownership of production systemsExpertise with Python, Front End (React), Databases, Security, Data Engineering, Logging, Observability, Cloud (preferably multiple clouds)Comfortable working in ambiguous, 0-1 environmentsStrong product intuition and ability to design within systems — even without perfect mocksDeep user empathy and customer focus — able to build solutions that are not just technically sound, but deeply aligned with real-world needsOpen to being a founding hire, working cross-functionally and client-facingBonus If You HaveExperience with fintech, enterprise SaaS, or regulated data systemsExperience building AI applications in productionPrior consulting or finance backgroundLed major technical initiatives or mentored engineers in the pastSTEM Degree
