Job DescriptionGroup Benefits Relationship ManagerJob SummarySeeking a dedicated and experienced Group Benefits Relationship Manager to join a growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing group benefits accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the growth of the business.Compensation PackageSalary Range: $70,000 - $100,000 (commensurate with experience)Benefits: Competitive benefits package, paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of group benefits accounts, focusing on groups with 5-50 employeesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceededConduct quoting and comparisons for new and renewal business, especially during busy seasonsEnsure all aspects of group benefits, including medical, dental, and vision, are accurately managed and implementedAssist clients with enrollment processes and provide ongoing supportCollaborate with the team to streamline workflows and improve client satisfactionAttend occasional client lunches to strengthen relationshipsQualifications/RequirementsExperience: Minimum of 3 years in group benefits account management (preferred 3-5 years)Licenses/Certifications: Active Life and Health Insurance license in Washington StateTechnical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Employer Navigator, Rippling, and Simon softwareKnowledge: Familiarity with the Washington insurance market and group benefits processesSoft Skills: Go-getter attitude, strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a client-focused mindsetWork Environment: Hybrid role with a preference for onsite presence; occasional remote work allowedLI-AB1
