A company is looking for an Infant Care Power Director. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate the execution of Infant Care and Plastic-free Wipes transformation initiatives Monitor shifting business and supply chain priorities, adjusting program focus as necessary Conduct SWAT analysis and develop financial models to support decision-making Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Strategy, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred) 8+ years of experience in program management, management consulting, or transformation leadership Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs Experience in conducting rapid analysis and insight generation in high-stakes environments Strong understanding of financial and operational aspects within transformation programs
