Product Application Engineer

This role partners closely with customers and internal teams to drive cost savings, introduce new products and processes, and deliver exceptional technical support. 100% On-siteKey ResponsibilitiesLead and manage engineering-related cost savings initiatives in alignment with customer agreementsSupport revenue growth through new product and process introductions that meet corporate goals for inventory turns and operating incomeProvide technical support to internal teams and external customersTrain internal stakeholders on new products and processesMaintain a high level of customer satisfaction (3.0 or higher on annual customer surveys)Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations while upholding Endries International's ethical standardsStay current on industry trends and technical knowledge through ongoing professional developmentQualificationsEducation:Bachelor's degree in engineering, or equivalent experienceExperience & Skills:Ability to travel approximately 30% of the timeStrong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skillsProven ability to work effectively in a team environmentSales or customer relationship-building experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsComputer proficiencyHigh attention to detail and commitment to qualityDemonstrated experience implementing process improvementsWhy Endries International?At Endries International, we value innovation, integrity, and collaboration.
