Discovery & Collection Specialist (Source Strategies Analyst) – Mid

We are seeking experienced Discovery & Collection Specialists (Source Strategies Analysts) to support a mission-critical government customer in Springfield, Virginia. Successful candidates will possess strong GEOINT collection management experience, exceptional organizational and writing skills, and the ability to collaborate across mission stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications Minimum five (5) years of experience supporting GEOINT collection managementMUST have current TS/SCIDemonstrated knowledge of the GEOINT Community, mission focus areas, and collection management structuresExperience defining, documenting, and drafting SOPs, workstreams, best practices, or operational proceduresStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, and/or similar toolsKnowledge of the GEOINT TCPED processAbility to build and maintain internal and external mission partner relationshipsAbility to work independently and collaboratively while managing competing prioritiesActive TS/SCI clearanceWillingness to take a polygraph examinationPreferred Qualifications Experience performing GEOINT collection operationsExperience developing training materials, job aids, videos, or performance support solutionsKnowledge of GEOINT training methodologies and tradecraft implementationGEOINT Professional Certification – Fundamentals (GPC-F)GEOINT Professional Certification – Collections (GPC-C)About the Role This position supports high-visibility GEOINT operations focused on discovery, collection strategy, and mission enablement.
