A local company in Odessa, FL has a full-time opportunity for a UCC Document Processor supporting their Corporate Accounting team. Pay and Schedule Full-time | Monday-Friday | 8am-5pm What You Will Do Prepare, review, and submit UCC-1 Financing Statements for new accounts to county recording agencies nationwide Process returned mail from county clerks, make corrections, and update records in proprietary software Respond to title company and customer requests regarding account status changes Support the Accounting team with additional tasks as needed Required Skills High school diploma or GED 2-4 years of related office or document processing experience Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, including Mail Merge Experience with a title company or county clerk's office preferred Familiarity with legal property descriptions and how to locate them a plus Intermediate math and language skills Strong attention to detail with accurate typing skills Comfortable managing multiple tasks and following up on open items independently Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and work in a standard office setting Benefits  Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Apply today or call us at .
