Job Description: Now Hiring: Caregiver Location: Ida Kids Center Job Type: Caregiver Start Date: April 2026 Job Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide direct care, supervision, and guidance of children in a loving, positive, and Christian environment. Caregivers provide support for the lead teacher. Requirements: Must be 16 years of age or older. A nurturing, dependable, and team-oriented personality CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain) Must be able to stand, bend, walk for most of the shift. Detail oriented Focused Key Responsibilities: Ensure the safety of the children at all times Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. Implement and supervise activities that promote the healthy emotional, social, cognitive, and physical growth of each child. Maintain an organized environment. Assist lead teachers in lessons and daily classroom activities. Build strong, supportive relationships with families.
