This is a new business development role (hunter) focused on closing enterprise-level deals and building long-term, strategic relationships within the hospitality industry, primarily with hotel management groups, large, branded hotels, resorts & casinos. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring that new partnerships are successfully onboarded and nurtured. Reporting to the Partnership Development Manager of Hospitality, you will work closely with Account Management, Procurement, Data & Analytics, and Marketing to support the long-term success of our clients.Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing new accounts nationwideDevelop and execute innovative sales strategies to identify and secure high-value partnershipsConduct market research to uncover industry trends and new business opportunitiesFoster relationships with decision-makers within the hospitality industryAttend industry conferences and trade shows to expand the company's market presenceCollaborate with industry vendors and manufacturersWork closely with internal teams to onboard and support new partnersLead sales meetings using a consultative approach to provide tailored solutions that drive revenue growthMaintain a healthy prospect pipeline and regularly update CRM systemsPhysical Requirements Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer.Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.Qualifications Experience 5+ years of B2B sales or supply chain management experience and a proven track record of hunting and closing enterprise-level accounts within the hospitality industry.Education This role does not require a degree.
