This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Job ResponsibilitiesProduction & PackagingRemove products from overhead conveyor linesAssemble and package products into designated cartonsApply components including gaskets, trays, scoops, and related materialsStack and palletize finished cartons for shipmentQuality ControlVisually inspect products and packaging for qualityReport defects or production issues immediatelyEquipment OperationOperate packing line equipment including:Taping machinesGlue machinesCarton erectorsPallet liftsGeneral DutiesMaintain production pace and quality standardsAssist with production line setupsKeep work areas clean, organized, and safeFollow all company safety procedures and training requirementsQualificationsAbility to stand for extended periodsAbility to perform repetitive motions throughout shiftAbility to continuously lift and carry up to 25 lbsComfortable working in a fast-paced team environmentStrong attention to detail and reliabilityBenefits401(k) with Company MatchHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceProfit SharingLife & Disability Insurance
