Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Paralegal role based in New York, NY. The Paralegal will provide essential support to the legal team, including drafting and preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, managing document review processes, and maintaining organized case files. Additionally, the Paralegal will play a key role in ensuring effective communication with clients, legal staff, and other stakeholders to facilitate the efficient handling of cases. Qualifications Proficiency in Law and Legal Document Preparation, including drafting pleadings, contracts, and case summaries.Strong Communication skills to collaborate with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders effectively.Experience in conducting thorough Research and analyzing legal and case-related information.Attention to detail and accuracy in Document Review and case file organization.Ability to work efficiently in an on-site, fast-paced legal environment.Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field; Paralegal certification is a plus.Experience in personal injury law or civil litigation is preferred but not required.Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
