Clinic SupervisorPremier Orthopaedics, in partnership with Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Clinic Supervisor to join our team in Pottstown & Phoenixville, PA. As two of the region's most respected providers of orthopedic and upper extremity care, we offer a collaborative, patient-focused environment that prioritizes clinical excellence, innovation, and ongoing professional development.Position Summary As a Clinic Supervisor at Premier, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organizational culture and supporting our dedicated team. This is a full-time, on site, day-shift position.Key responsibilities:Oversee daily clinical and administrative operations within an orthopaedic or specialty practice settingManage patient flow, provider scheduling, and staffing coordination across providers and locationsSupervise and support front desk staff, medical assistants, cast technicians, APPs, and ancillary clinical staffLead onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management for assigned team membersEnsure efficient clinic workflows, including imaging coordination, DME, casting/bracing, and pre- and post-operative processesMonitor and support insurance authorization processes and documentation standardsMaintain compliance with HIPAA and applicable regulatory requirements in an outpatient settingUtilize EMR and practice management systems to support operations and documentation accuracyTrack and analyze key performance metrics such as productivity, patient access, and patient satisfactionSupport revenue cycle processes including basic billing and coding workflowsIdentify workflow gaps and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and patient experienceCommunicate effectively with physicians, APPs, staff, and patients to support care delivery and operational goalsLead change initiatives and support practice growth while maintaining a high standard of professionalismFoster a collaborative, accountable, and patient-centered team environmentQualifications:Education:High school diploma or GED requiredAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferredLicenses & Certifications:BLS certification preferredExperience:35+ years of experience in an orthopaedic practice, surgical specialty clinic, or multispecialty healthcare settingStrong background in healthcare operations with exposure to clinical workflows, patient flow, and provider supportPrior supervisory or leadership experience managing clinical and/or administrative staff, including scheduling, onboarding, and performance managementHands-on experience with orthopaedic-specific functions such as imaging coordination, DME, casting/bracing, and surgical workflowsExperience working with EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Athena, NextGen) and maintaining documentation standardsFamiliarity with HIPAA compliance and regulatory requirements in an outpatient medical environmentExposure to billing, coding workflows, and revenue cycle processes preferredExperience with data tracking, reporting, and performance metrics strongly preferredCompensation & Benefits:Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision plans100% employer-paid life insurance401(k) with employer matchBenefits begin the first of the month following hire date (for full-time employees)Generous paid sick and vacation time7 paid holidays annuallyOpportunities for growth and advancementEmployee referral reward programHybrid work flexibilityProfessional development opportunitiesAbout Premier Orthopaedics & Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder:Premier Orthopaedics and Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder Center (PHSC) are leading providers of comprehensive musculoskeletal care throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.Premier Orthopaedics delivers expert treatment for orthopedic injuries, joint disease, interventional spine care, regenerative medicine, and comprehensive physical therapy services, supported by more than 150 providers across 50+ locations.
