The Wilson Times is hiring a Customer Service Representative to assist readers with subscriptions and classified ads in person, by phone, and by email. This role serves as the first point of contact for resolving print and online delivery issues and works closely with management and local post offices to ensure excellent service.
Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries
Resolve subscription and delivery concerns
Maintain accurate customer records
Provide friendly, solution-focused support
Assist with additional duties as needed
Qualifications:
1+ year customer service experience
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Detail-oriented and dependable
Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
Able to lift up to 35 lbs
Education: High School Diploma preferred
Location: On-site (not remote)
