In addition to an online store, Rexel USA has a distribution network of over 460 warehouse storefront locations throughout the U.S. Job Description We are looking for a Manager Quotations to join our Rexel USA team in Phoenix, AZ! Summary: The Manager Quotations is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies as well as leading the Quotation's team to achieve established sales goals. Responsible for developing and growing relationships with customers and vendors to secure pricing positions for bids and assuring quality and accuracy of proposals. What You'll Do:Lead the Quotation's team towards achieving the sales, customer development, product mix and Gross Profit goals identified in the business planning processDevelop and implement the sales strategy for assigned area of focus. Strategy should accommodate District, Division, and Regional goalsInterface with customer's purchasing, program management, planning, and technical functions to identify the customer's needs and develop new-client relationshipsHire, train and develop Quotation's team to achieve highest level of sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction. Ensure Quotation's personnel have the base level of product or technical expertise to successfully execute the sales strategy through implementation of local training programs with internal sources, vendors and suppliers or outside schools or training programsMeet with key clients and assist sales representatives with maintaining relationships, negotiating, and closing dealsCreate and utilize market analysis to determine customer needs, price schedules, discounts rates, recommend vendor partners, sales forecasting and evaluates the company's competition to ensure a competitive advantageLiaison between sales and other departments to ensure flawless execution and customer satisfactionEducate sales personnel and customers about new and existing product offeringsAnalyze and control Travel and Expense (T&E) expenditures to meet budgeted expectationsDeliver sales presentations with sales representatives and help coordinate customer training. Represent company at trade association meetings to promote company and productsTrack and measure the success of promotional programs and product launches against sales objectives. Prepare sales reports to show volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
