Nurse Clinician - Oncology Clinic

Job DescriptionSaint Luke's Hospital of Kansas City is hiring for an Oncology Clinic Nurse for their Oncology Clinic. This position is part of a rapidly growing program and will assist with care coordination, research studies, provide patient and family education, scheduling, triage, assist with procedures, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary innovative care team committed to innovation and improving patient outcomes. This is a high volume fast-paced Magnet designated clinic. This clinic is INCP and QOPI Certified.HOURS: Monday - Friday 8 AM to 4:30 PM. Patient follow-up calls. Patient education on particular procedures and processes.Subject matter expert in respective specialty for hospital RNs in the units. Regularly meets with other disciplines to share best practices on care treatments. Care for patients with a long-term treatment process.
