This position will be responsible for leading our 2nd shift Electrician team in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in a manufacturing environment. This role ensures the safe and efficient operation of plant power and control systems, troubleshooting electrical issues, and performing preventative maintenance. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of industrial electrical systems, be proficient in reading schematics and blueprints, and hold a Journeyman Electrician certification.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment.Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems.Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and company safety policies.Diagnose electrical malfunctions and make necessary repairs or replacements.Maintain and troubleshoot PLCs, control panels, motors, and other electrical components.Assist with power distribution and ensure proper grounding and circuit protection.Collaborate with engineers, maintenance personnel, and other team members to support plant operations.Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and installations.Job LocationsUS-PA-Mount JoyCompany OverviewWhy IES Infrastructure?IES Infrastructure offers competitive salaries.
