Supply Chain ManagerAbout the OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead supply chain operations for a growing electrical equipment manufacturer and drive material flow excellence across the organization. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing inventory strategy, forecasting, Kanban systems, PFEP development, warehouse optimization, and supply chain performance initiatives. If you're a collaborative leader with a passion for analytics, continuous improvement, and operational excellence, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoStrategic Supply Chain LeadershipLead and develop the Supply Chain team, including Analysts and Associates.Establish departmental goals, priorities, and performance expectations.Drive strategic initiatives that improve inventory performance, material flow, and operational efficiency.Support long-term supply chain planning and organizational growth objectives.Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Inventory & Material Flow ManagementOversee material forecasting, inventory planning, and replenishment strategies.Manage Kanban systems, PFEP development, and inventory control processes.Monitor inventory health, safety stock levels, min-max settings, and material availability.Evaluate material requirements and communicate forecasts to Purchasing teams.Develop strategies that optimize inventory turnover while minimizing holding costs.Analytics & Performance ManagementDevelop and monitor supply chain KPIs and performance metrics.Analyze inventory trends, pricing, stock levels, and operational costs.Generate reports and dashboards for senior leadership using advanced analytics tools.Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational improvement initiatives.Support executive decision-making through data-driven recommendations.Warehouse Optimization & Process ImprovementLead warehouse optimization initiatives, layout redesigns, and process improvements.Evaluate material handling processes and inventory workflows.Conduct audits to ensure compliance, efficiency, and process effectiveness.Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain operations.Implement technology solutions that improve visibility, automation, and scalability.Leadership, Collaboration & Stakeholder ManagementPartner with Purchasing, Warehouse, Production, Engineering, and Operations teams.Lead regular cross-functional meetings to align supply chain priorities.Mentor team members and support professional development initiatives.Conduct performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and succession planning activities.Support organizational initiatives through strategic planning and operational leadership.Safety & ComplianceEnsure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standards.Promote safe material handling and warehouse practices.Support sustainability initiatives and responsible inventory management.Maintain compliance with company policies and industry requirements.Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and operational discipline.What You BringBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.8–10 years of progressive supply chain leadership experience.Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience.Strong expertise in inventory management, forecasting, material planning, and warehouse operations.Proven success leading teams and driving organizational change.Advanced analytical, communication, and leadership skills.Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business Administration.APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or CPSM certification.Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.Experience with ERP platforms (e.g., Global Shop Solutions, SAP, Epicor, or similar).Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or advanced business intelligence tools.Why Join Us?Make an Impact — Lead supply chain strategies that directly support profitability, growth, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.Growth & Development — Shape the future of the supply chain organization while expanding your strategic leadership capabilities.Collaborative Culture — Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive meaningful business results.Competitive Benefits & Compensation — Join a company that values leadership, innovation, operational excellence, and long-term employee success.If you're a strategic leader who thrives on solving complex operational challenges and building high-performing teams, we'd love to hear from you!
