This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex business problems, and excels at aligning people, process, and technology to deliver meaningful outcomes. This is not a traditional project management role. Instead, you will partner with senior leaders, program teams, and clients to design solutions, improve operations, and support successful implementation with a strong focus on end-user experience and adoption. Core ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & Process ImprovementFacilitate discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and workshops to assess client needsAnalyze current-state processes and identify opportunities for improvementDesign future-state workflows and operating modelsApply structured methodologies to solve complex operational challengesTransformation & Implementation SupportSupport execution of business and system transformation initiativesEnsure alignment between business requirements, system capabilities, and user needsCollaborate with project teams to address implementation challenges and risksTranslate ambiguous requirements into clear, actionable plans and deliverablesChange Management & AdoptionSupport organizational change management initiatives, including communications and trainingDrive stakeholder engagement and user adoption strategiesDevelop materials to support end-user readiness and experience optimizationClient Engagement & FacilitationAct as a trusted advisor and thought partner to clientsLead and facilitate workshops, design sessions, and problem-solving discussionsPresent insights, recommendations, and solutions to client stakeholdersBuild strong client relationships across cross-functional teamsCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with program managers, senior consultants, and client teamsContribute across multiple projects with adaptability and flexibilitySupport delivery of high-quality consulting outputs and client outcomes Qualifications & ExperienceExperienceExperience in business transformation, consulting, or operational improvement rolesBackground in one or more of the following:Business AnalysisProcess Improvement / Process DesignChange ManagementOperations / Strategy ExecutionProduct Management or Service DesignExperience working in client-facing or consulting environments preferredExposure to system or operational implementations Technical CompetenciesStrong understanding of process mapping, workflow design, and operational modelingFamiliarity with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci or similar)Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologiesExposure to human-centered design, customer experience (CX), or service design principlesAbility to structure and deliver analysis, presentations, and business documentation Professional SkillsStrong critical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to navigate ambiguity and operate with minimal directionExcellent facilitation, communication, and storytelling skillsProven ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable insightsStrong interpersonal skills and relationship-building capabilitiesHigh level of adaptability, curiosity, and continuous learning mindsetAbility to manage multiple priorities across different clients and projects Preferred QualificationsExperience with Lean, Six Sigma, or process optimization frameworksExposure to organizational change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci)Experience supporting technology implementations or digital transformation initiativesFamiliarity with design thinking or human-centered design methodologiesExperience working with public sector clients Additional InformationRemote-first role with preference for candidates based in or near Phoenix, AZLimited travel required (~10–15%) for client engagements and team collaborationOpportunity to work across diverse industries, clients, and problem spacesHigh-impact role with exposure to strategy, operations, and implementation workstreamsCollaborative, growth-oriented environment with strong emphasis on professional development "We are GTN – The Go To Network"Company DescriptionGTN is the leader in SOW management & technical staffing, leveraging innovation to drive next-generation recruiting to Fortune 200 companies.Company DescriptionGTN is the leader in SOW management & technical staffing, leveraging innovation to drive next-generation recruiting to Fortune 200 companies.
