Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA Business Transformation program with a strong focus on Data Management. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional data initiatives, manage dependencies, and partner with business, SAP/IT, and third-party teams to ensure successful delivery and business readiness.Key Responsibilities:Manage Data workstreams including Master Data, Data Migration, SAP Data Design, Reporting & AnalyticsCoordinate cross-functional teams, Business Owners, SAP/IT, and System IntegratorsTrack project milestones, dependencies, risks, and Jira activitiesDrive business readiness, adoption planning, and portfolio governanceEnsure alignment across process, data, reporting, and technology workstreamsRequired Skills:Bachelor's degree8+ years of Project/Program Management experience3–5+ years supporting SAP ECC/S/4HANA transformation programsStrong experience with SAP Data Management, Data Migration, and Master DataExperience working with business stakeholders, IT teams, and System IntegratorsStrong communication, stakeholder management, and dependency/risk management skills
