Job Description Position: Fill/Pouch OperatorJob SummaryYou will work in a manufacturing environment where IV bags and other sterile medical products are filled, sealed, labeled, inspected, and packed while following quality and safety standards.Job ResponsibilitiesFill and seal IV bags and other medical solution bags.Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.Print labels and barcodes using a computer printer.Load materials and supplies into the production line.Perform basic quality checks using gauges and scales.Complete cleaning tasks and maintain a clean work area.Report any quality, safety, or equipment issues to the supervisor.Follow SOPs, cGMP, and all safety procedures.RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED.Must be at least 18 years old.Basic English communication and math skills.Ability to read and follow work instructions.Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.Physical RequirementsLift up to 16 lbs regularly.Push/Pull up to 40 lbs.Stand for long periods and perform repetitive hand movements.Must be able to bend, squat, reach, and climb when needed.Good vision and ability to identify colors.Work EnvironmentClean, temperature-controlled manufacturing facility.PPE (gloves, mask, safety glasses, gown, etc.) must be worn.Work around production equipment and machinery.Overtime may be required.Company DescriptionSelect Source International (SSI) is a distinguished workforce solutions provider with nearly 25 years of experience delivering top-tier staffing, recruiting, and managed services.
