With a commitment to innovation, quality, and a family-first work environment, the company is a career destination for top talent looking to make a real impact.- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in Mechanical Construction (HVAC, piping, and plumbing experience preferred)- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent proven industry experience- In-depth knowledge of HVAC and piping systems, building products, construction details, and compliance standards- Proficiency with construction management software (Microsoft Office Suite required; ProCore, BlueBeam, P6, Viewpoint preferred; Autodesk a plus)- Demonstrated leadership skills with a strong commitment to mentoring and developing other team members- Excellent time management, project management, and communication skills- A proven track record managing complex mechanical projects from design through completion- Strong personal initiative and motivation to deliver positive results- Ability to develop relationships with clients, subcontractors, and industry partners- Firm commitment to workplace safety and compliance
