Service Coordinator

Envirotrol is seeking a Service Coordinator for our Charlotte location. In this role you will collaborate closely with customers, the Sales team, and the Service Department. You will manage customer requests, coordinate documentation/notifications with the Service Department, ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved.Why Join Us:At Envirotrol, we are focused on our people, our culture, and our business. We would love you to join our team and continue our mission of excellent customer service and optimal building performance.RESPONSIBILITIES:SERVICE COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:Executes and maintains frequent contact with customers who have service needs/opportunitiesActively listens and identifies customer concerns and acts as liaison with the Service DepartmentDevelops credibility, loyalty, trust, and commitment through relationship-buildingUtilizes North Boundary to provide account status and activity on customers via “CASES”Develops relationships with internal operations and administrative staff to ensure customer satisfactionCoordinates all activities with relevant department managersMaintains an active log of existing service contracts and monthly billings to assist management in revenue forecastingOrders parts and renews contractsJob setup/scheduling/technician time tracking via COINSProcesses purchase orders and reconciles purchase order logEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:At least 5 years of experience in HVAC Service preferred4-year College Degree preferredStrong Excel, and Microsoft Office skillsExperience with CRM/sales software applications preferredFamiliarity with Building Automation Controls is preferredWHAT WE WILL OFFER YOU: Weekly Pay at competitive wages based on experience Paid Vacation 401(k) plan with a generous company match Excellent Medical, dental, vision, and RX drug insurance Life and accidental death insurance Short and Long-Term Disability insurance Employee Assistance Program Commitment to Employee Safety Opportunities for Growth & Leadership# Envirotrol
