As a Level I Trauma Center, the ED at GW Hospital is equipped to handle the most complex emergency cases, with highly specialized teams available 24/7.The Emergency Department is a 62-bed unit, including resuscitation rooms, fast-track areas, and specialized spaces for trauma, cardiac emergencies, and stroke.Our ED is supported by state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment facilities, with rapid access to radiology, laboratory, and surgical services.The ED is staffed by board-certified emergency physicians, nurse practitioners, and a highly skilled team of emergency-trained nurses.Our focus is on delivering immediate, patient-centered care while maintaining close collaboration with other specialties to ensure seamless patient transitions and long-term outcomes.Job Summary:As a Registered Nurse in our Level I Trauma Center's Emergency Department, you will be at the forefront of providing critical care to patients with a variety of urgent and life-threatening medical conditions. Our Emergency Department is known for its fast-paced environment and its commitment to excellence in patient care, teaching, and research.
