Job Title: Adobe Developer
Client: Commonwealth of PA 2
Location: Commonwealth of PA.
Job Summary:
This role involves collaborating with various teams, managing project schedules, and ensuring that all technical aspects meet the defined requirements. The Technical Lead will guide the Application and Test Teams, resolve system performance issues, and ensure adherence to technical standards.
Job Requirements:
Technical Direction & Proposal Coordination:
Lead and direct the technical design of software solutions.
Coordinate and present technical proposals to Group Leads, team members, and clients.
Support and design enhancements for existing Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) applications.
Configure system settings, add fields, and modify screens to align with business requirements.
Technical Requirements & Impact Analysis:
Analyze and document technical requirements and perform change request impact analysis.
Define and enforce technical programming standards.
SQL & Reporting
Develop SQL scripts and support ad-hoc reporting requests using COTS product functions and tools like Adobe RoboHelp.
Ensure all system configuration and modification documentation is created and maintained.
Conduct structured walkthroughs and inspections to resolve technical issues.
Perform system configuration based on requirements.
Testing & Quality Assurance:
Define test plans and criteria for acceptance of modified application components.
Participate in detailed design and product test execution as needed.
Provide accurate and useful status updates on project progress.
Manage and report time spent on work activities.
Work effectively in a team environment, complete assigned tasks, and support the overall technical architecture.
Conduct reviews of technical designs, code, and component test plans.
Anticipate and resolve issues specific to the team.
Identify and track issues, risks, and action items.
Determine time estimates and schedules for personal tasks and address issues promptly.
Qualifications
Strong technical design and programming skills.
Proficiency in SQL and reporting tools.
Experience with COTS applications and system configuration.
Ability to define and adhere to technical programming standards.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and issue-resolution capabilities.
Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Experience in managing and reporting on project activities and time management.
Opportunities to interact with various stakeholders including Group Leads, team members, and clients.
Regular involvement in project scheduling and technical guidance.
