About The RoleOur Warehouse Shrinkwrappers play a critical role in ensuring our products are prepared with precision, care, and consistency before they reach our customers. Warehouse Shrinkwrappers help maintain our high-quality standards by accurately counting, packaging, and protecting products so they are ready for distribution.We provide training and opportunities for advancement for team members who are dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn.ResponsibilitiesAccurately count and package products into standard bundle quantities (e.g., 25, 50, 100)Operate shrink-wrapping equipment safely and efficientlyInspect products and finished packages for accuracy, quality, and proper wrappingLabel and organize packaged products according to established standardsProactively address errors, shortages, or quality concerns with supervisorsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentMeet daily production and quality goals as part of a teamFollow all safety, quality, and operational proceduresAssist with additional warehouse or production tasks as neededRequirementsRequirements & QualificationsMust be at least 18 years oldBasic English communication skills sufficient to perform job dutiesAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsFrequent bending, reaching, and repetitive hand motions requiredAbility to accurately count and follow written or verbal instructionsPrior warehouse experience preferred but not requiredSchedule & CompensationFull-time, up to 40 hours per weekHourly rate: $16.00-$17.00Day, night, weekend, and overtime shifts may be availableSchedule: 12pm - 8:30pmWork Location: Onsite in East Syracuse, NYBenefitsWhy Join Us?
