Site Access Coordinator

The role is hands-on and operational in nature and is not a fully administrative or desk-based position.The Site Access Coordinator will work onsite in active environments, including construction sites, and must be comfortable performing physically active duties such as walking sites, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. This role is well-suited for a dependable, detail-oriented professional who values accuracy, responsiveness, and adherence to security protocols while supporting day-to-day site operations.Responsibilities:Manage and update access control systems for employees, visitors, and vendors across multiple sitesIssue, distribute, collect, deactivate, and track physical security badges and credentialsPerform onsite access coordination, including walking construction sites and secured areas to support credentialing and access needsMaintain accurate records within security and access management softwareMonitor and respond to access requests, permissions updates, and system alerts in real timeCoordinate closely with site teams, security personnel, and operations staff to ensure proper access permissionsAssist with audits of access logs, credential records, and security reportsProvide administrative support related to security operations, documentation, and reportingSupport multiple locations while maintaining consistent, organized processes and compliance standardsRequirementsAbility to perform physically active work, including walking large sites, standing for extended periods, and working outdoorsComfort working at active construction sites and in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.)Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy when handling access credentials and sensitive informationComfort working with technology systems, databases, and administrative toolsPrior administrative, operations, site coordination, or facilities-related experience preferredAbility to manage multiple requests and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and organizational skillsReliable transportation and ability to travel between Gainesville, Manassas, and Ashburn, VAProfessional, dependable, and able to handle sensitive information responsiblyFulltime, Onsite$22/hrShifts candidates will work:4:00 AM – 11:00 AM11:00 AM – 7:00 PM35–40 hours per week.
