Title: Site Logistics CoordinatorLocation: Charleston, TNSalary: $61,000 - $92,000Schedule: 9/80Focus: Olin Chlor Alkali Products and Vinyls, a division of Olin Corporation, is se eking a Site Logistics Coordinator . This position will be located at the Charleston, TN manufacturing site. In this role, you will coordinate and fa cilitate all rail and truck traffic for customer shipments and prepare appropriate documents and maintain records per standard operating procedures. This position requires a sound understanding of documents and procedures gained through experience on the job.Essential Responsibilities: Schedule daily rail shipments; process outbound shipments of railcars to customers. Coordinate truck loading logistics, including coordinating load times for Bleach and HCl for all carriers. Coordinate all Finished Good Quality related issues with appropriate personnel. Act as first point of contact related to schedule and quality concerns for customer pick-up orders, distribution incidents or customer complaint investigations. Monitor inbound materials; create stock transport transactions and goods receipts for inbound material. Complete end of the month and end of quarter pipeline customer reconciliation and billing. Help coordinate the resolution of billing issues with customers, customer service and the railroad company. Coordinate with Olin Security on inbound and outbound trucks and related transport paperwork. Position Requirements : High School Diploma or GED. 2+ years of full time work experience with a minimum 1 year of work experience in logistics, transportation, or customer service. Ability to work weekday schedule and overtime when needed (including weekends and holidays and remote support). SAP knowledge preferred. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Must be able to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) and possess a valid US driver's license. Prior Olin experience in a relevant position preferred.
