Learn more about our extraordinary teams building inspiring projects in our Impact Report .Project OverviewPort Arthur LNG, LLC (PALNG) is developing a Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) production and export facility on a site located on the western shoreline of the Port Arthur Canal in Jefferson County, Texas. The project base scope will include two (2) identical LNG trains, two (2) LNG Storage Tanks, one (1) LNG Carrier Berth, and associated utilities/facilities. The Project is to be constructed on a parcel of land located along State Highway 87 south of Port Arthur, Texas, between the inner coastal waterway bridge and Keith Lake. The Infrastructure Global Business Unit (GBU) is executing site civil and marine scopes of work associated with our scopes of work on the Energy GBU LNG projects.As the #1 LNG EPC contractor by installed capacity, Bechtel has the capability to successfully deliver a broad range of LNG projects through our integrated EPC self-perform model, strategic partnerships, and proven experience in LNG project delivery. Partnering with Bechtel means lower cost, shorter delivery schedules, and greater certainty of outcomes for our customers.Job SummaryCandidate must be skilled in the investigation and analysis of intercultural conflict, diversity & inclusion awareness. In addition to developing interdisciplinary co-operation skills and leveraging transdisciplinary knowledge, must have the ability to communicate effectively in complex circumstances, making use of project communication channels, engaging different audiences across multiple cultural settings, with the sole aim of improving project ESH culture.Major Responsibilities Exhibits knowledge and applies the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of safety culture and behavioral safety; determines and develops approaches to solutions; develops, implements and maintains safety and health culture programs, systems and procedure. Possesses the ability to lead the development and planning of safety campaigns. Design and manage the schedules of safety campaigns and reports. Willingness to participate in pre-task and safety meetings; proactively assisting and developing safety campaigns to ensure they are timely and effective; and applying lessons learned to culture improvement initiatives and campaigns Coordinates a wide variety of Environmental, Safety, and Health (ES&H) disciplines to facilitate implementation of Bechtel's ES&H program and ES&H Management System, including aiding compliance with Bechtel's ES&H standards, applicable regulatory requirements, and contractual commitments Assists in the development, implementation, and maintenance of programs, systems, and procedures necessary for the safety and health of employees and protection of the environment and communities Education And Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree in related field and at least +10 years EPC, ES&H experience or +15 years demonstrated experience in lieu of degree.
