Barback/Bartender

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Barback to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will support bartenders by ensuring that the bar is well-stocked, clean, and organized. This role is essential for maintaining high standards of customer service and efficiency in our establishment, whether it be a nightclub, fine dining restaurant, or catering event. Responsibilities Assist bartenders with drink preparation and serving to ensure timely service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Stock and replenish supplies such as liquor, beer, wine, garnishes, and ice as needed. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and responding to their needs. Support banquet operations by preparing for events and assisting with catering services when necessary. Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management. Qualifications Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred. Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is a plus. Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks in a busy environment. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Knowledge of food safety standards and practices related to food handling. Experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is advantageous. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Basic math skills for cashiering duties and inventory tracking. A passion for brewing or knowledge of beverages can enhance your contribution to our team.
