Day Cook
**Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Cook to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in preparing and serving delicious meals to our customers. **Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to high-quality standards.
- Plan and execute menu items, ensuring that dishes are made to order and meet dietary requirements.
- Assist with meal preparation, food safety, and food service.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to strict food safety standards.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in the food service industry, bar industry
- Knowledge of food safety and preparation techniques.
- Experience with meal preparation.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A strong commitment to helping others and providing excellent customer service.
**Skills:**
- Experience with food preparation and knife skills.
- Knowledge of dietary aide principles and food safety guidelines.
- Ability to help with kitchen tasks and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with fine dining service and attention to detail.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
