Java Software Engineer

Position: Senior Java Backend Developer-Gen AILocation: Phoenix, ArizonaExperience: 8+ YearsRequired Qualifications8+ years of software development experience.Strong hands-on Java backend development experience.Strong experience with Spring, Spring Boot, and Spring Batch.Experience building microservices and REST APIs.Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, caching, multithreading, fault tolerance, and performance optimization.Hands-on experience with Kafka or Kafka Streams.Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, or Cassandra.Experience with JUnit, Gradle/Maven, Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD.Experience with Docker and modern deployment environments.Strong communication, problem-solving, technical leadership, and mentoring skills.Interview RequirementCandidates should be comfortable attending an in-person interview.
