We do this by working with each consumer to understand their unique needs, sharing our knowledge of the services available and respectfully providing all possible services.Position Overview:As a Caregiver, you'll provide essential support to clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being through personalized care and assistance with daily activities.Key Responsibilities:Provide professional assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygieneMaintain client safety through regular wellness checks and environmental monitoringPrepare nutritious meals and ensure proper hydrationAssist with medication reminders and compliancePerform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe living environmentChange dressings and assist with basic medical care as directedEngage clients in social and recreational activities to support mental well-beingDocument and report changes in client condition to healthcare teamAdapt care approaches to various living conditions and client needsPreferred Qualifications:Preferred 1 year of caregiving experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPhysical ability to assist clients with mobilityDependable with excellent time management skillsEmployment Details:Position Type; Part-time position availableCompensation: Starting at $13.00 per hourHours: Flexible schedules, 20 Hours per weekShifts: 8 or 10 hour shifts availableReliable TransportationBi-Weekend shift, Saturday and SundayBenefitsHealth insuranceFlexible schedulingSupportive team environmentWork Location: In-person care provided in clients' homeJob Type: Part-time
