Senior Project Manager – Construction Management Location:Long Island, NY (projects across Long Island & NYC) Type:Full-Time | On-SiteAbout the Opportunity We are representing ahighly respected, Long Island–based construction management and development firmwith a proven track record delivering complex, high-value projects across the Tri-State area.With over50 years of industry experience , the business has evolved into afull-service platform spanning construction management, general contracting, and real estate development , delivering projects from concept through completion.Their portfolio includesindustrial, multifamily, healthcare, education, commercial, and hospitality projects , with a track record of deliveringhundreds of ground-up builds and billions in construction value .This is asenior leadership roleoffering the opportunity to work onlarge-scale, high-impact developmentswithin a company known for itsrelationship-driven approach, transparency, and consistent delivery .Key Responsibilities Lead projects frompreconstruction through closeout , ensuring successful delivery across all phases Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource planning Maintain a strongon-site presenceacross Long Island and NYC projects Act as the primary liaison for clients, consultants, and key stakeholders Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors Prepare scopes of work and manage subcontractor procurement Negotiate contracts and drive strong commercial outcomes Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability Ensure adherence to all health & safety standards and regulatory requirements Track project performance and deliver detailed reporting Oversee requisitions, cost tracking, and financial managementRequirements Proven experience as aSenior Project Managerwithin construction Strong experience delivering projects in theLong Island and/or NYC markets Background acrossground-up and complex commercial or multifamily projectspreferred In-depth understanding of construction methodologies and project delivery Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office;AutoDesk Build preferred PMP certification (preferred) OSHA certification requiredWhat’s on Offer Competitive base salary + performance-based bonus Comprehensive benefits package Opportunity to work onlarge-scale, high-profile projects across multiple sectors Strong pipeline of work across Long Island and NYC Long-term career progression within agrowing, well-capitalized business Collaborative,relationship-driven culture with a strong reputation in the market
