Printing Warehouse Operator

We are a fast-growing custom apparel and product printing company looking for reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated individuals to join our production team! We are hiring for the following Printing Warehouse operator Responsibilities may include: 1. DTF (Direct-to-Film) Operate and maintain DTF printers Load artwork files and ensure accurate color/print quality Daily cleaning and maintenance Troubleshoot basic issues 2. Heat Press (Apparel & Merchandise) Apply transfers using heat press machines Follow order placement instructions (size, color, location) Inspect finished products Meet production goals 3. Embroidery Machine Run multi-head embroidery machines Hoop and align garments Follow design specs Maintain machines and monitor quality 4. Experienced Shipping Associate Prepare and pack daily orders for shipment (apparel, drinkware, custom products, etc.) Use ShipStation and carrier platforms (USPS, UPS, FedEx) to print labels and process shipments Verify order accuracy before packing — correct items, sizes, and quantities Organize outgoing shipments for scheduled carrier pickups Restock packing materials and maintain a clean, efficient workspace Assist with picking products from inventory as needed Communicate with the team about delays, inventory issues, or packing errors Follow all warehouse processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency Requirements Experience in at least ONE production area (DTF, press, embroidery, or shipping) Strong attention to detail Able to stand for long periods & lift up to 30 lbs Reliable and punctual Team player with a great attitude Willing to work occasional Saturdays when needed Bonus Skills A MAJOR Plus!) DTF, UV, or embroidery machine experience Apparel printing background Previous warehouse or production experience Desire to grow (We PROMOTE from within!)
