This role will be the conduit with the Customer Operations Teams, Consumer Packaging Sales and Operations Team, OpEx Team, and Customers to ensure the seamless transition and engagement of Customer Operations initiatives within the Consumer Packaging Group. Additionally, this role will continue to transform the division by introducing proven strategic and tactical concepts to effectively maximize our operational capability and leverage the strength of our division to navigate the volatility of our market.A diverse continuous improvement position fully aligned with and in support of Smurfit Westrock’s Consumer Packaging DivisionDriven to maximize business results across the Consumer Packaging Customer Operations Division through collaboration with divisional and enterprise leadershipFocused on management, identification, development, and execution of key improvement opportunities across consumer packaging customer operations.Includes Project Management, Process Optimization, Root Cause Analysis, Technology Implementation, Data Analytics and many other elements of on-going improvement and teammate engagement to drive consistent, data-based decision making, all focused on generating maximize value for the organization and its shareholdersRepresent the Customer Operations function in cross functional meetingsHow You Will Impact Smurfit WestrockDevelops and trains the standard routines and playbooks in support of project management services and to ensure the consistent, organized, and efficient utilization of the right resources on the right activities to have the greatest impact on Company’s performance. Work collaboratively to align Consumer Packaging Group on key Customer Operational Metrics between F&B, RTS, and HBH Partner with Computer Program System Modernization (CPSM) team to ensure Cascaded Measures Dashboards are linked to customer operations for effective decision making.Manage the development, training, support, resource management, and ownership of processes and proceduresInterface cross functionally to include VPs, General Managers, and support servicesPartner with Customers to develop Smurfit Westrock processes designed to meet and exceed Customer expectations.
