Territory Manager

Job Descriptions:Champion the Skin Science Division in the BC territory by representing a highly curated portfolio of advanced skincare and injectable solutions.Build and execute a territory growth plan targeting Highest Payoff Activities (HPAs) leveraging business planning and forecasting experience.Deliver clinical education, product training, and business consultations to drive brand loyalty, revenue growth and increased Trusted Partners in the territory.Serve as the go-to advisor for your clients-supporting everything from treatment protocol optimization to product merchandising and retail strategy.Stay ahead of industry trends and represent Salient Medical Solutions at trade shows, events, and educational workshops.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, marketing, training, operations) to provide full-circle support to your accounts.Job Requirements:Minimum 2 years of Aesthetics Sales Experience (Injectables, Skincare, Capital Equipment, or Derm-Focused).Demonstrated success managing a field-based territory with autonomy and accountability.In-depth knowledge of skin health, injectables, or treatment-based skincare solutions.Post-Secondary Education in a Science-related field or Business Discipline is strongly preferred.Confidence in training and educating medical professionals on clinical and commercial best practices.Strong relationship-building skills-you know how to become a true partner for your clients.Demonstrates a high degree of integrity, known for your sound judgement and reliability.A self-starter, highly motivated, with a relentless focus on results.
