Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of multiple store locations within the district. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives. Monitor store performance through regular visits, evaluations, and audits. Analyze sales data and prepare reports to communicate performance trends to corporate management. Train, and develop store managers and staff to optimize operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements within the district. Foster a positive work environment focused on teamwork, customer service, and employee engagement. Covering stores when there is no coverage. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field . • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a multi-store management position . • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to drive performance and results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and customers. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
