Overview In this Lead Software Engineer role, you will drive secure, scalable software solutions within the Identity and Access Management team to support the firm’s objectives. You’ll be a core technical contributor, shaping architecture and delivering production-grade code while improving security and operational resilience. You’ll lead cross-functional collaboration, vendor evaluations, and adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices to raise code quality and delivery speed.
