Nextran is seeking an experienced and driven Leasing Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for developing and managing leasing relationships within our Atlanta, GA and surrounding territory. You’ll work closely with all sales personnel throughout Nextran, logistics companies, and independent businesses to offer commercial truck leasing solutions tailored to meet their operational needs.What You’ll DoIdentify and pursue new leasing opportunities within the assigned regionDevelop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clientsConduct needs assessments to recommend the right mix of equipment and lease termsNegotiate lease terms and pricing, ensuring profitability and customer satisfactionCoordinate with internal departments (maintenance, operations, finance) to fulfill lease agreementsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and fleet technologyPrepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contractsAchieve or exceed sales targets and KPIsProvide excellent after-sale service and support to ensure long-term customer retentionWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree preferred in Business and/or marketing or equivalent experience3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in transportation, leasing, or logisticsProven ability to manage a regional territory and work independentlyStrong negotiation, communication, and presentation skillsKnowledge of truck leasing, DOT regulations, and fleet operations a plusProficiency Microsoft OfficeValid driver’s license and good driving record and willingness to travel within assigned region (up to 75%)Be part of a company that values initiative, innovation, and integrity.
