Vice President - Repo Collateral

Investment banking client is looking for a VP of Repo collateral to lead the firm's repo collateral management function, overseeing daily operations.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee margining, substitutions, and settlement across bilateral, tri-party, and Sponsored RepoLead and develop the collateral team, driving performance and operational excellenceEnhance collateral optimization, funding efficiency, and control frameworkManage collateral risk (concentration, haircuts, margin, counterparty exposure) and ensure regulatory complianceResolve breaks and escalate issues; implement process and technology improvementsPartner with internal stakeholders and external counterparties, custodians, and clearing banksSupport new products, strategic initiatives, and system enhancementsQualifications6+ years in repo/collateral management with leadership experienceStrong knowledge of repo markets, margining, and collateral frameworksExperience with tri-party platforms, clearing systems, and regulatory requirements
