We are proud to be a trusted partner to various clients, and we are an employee-centric organization.We are looking for Business Systems Analyst with Travel domain experience to work out of Phoenix, AZRequired skills/Experience:Work closely with both IT team and management to understand and define system requirements.Analyze existing systems for improvement, propose new system processes, and keep detailed reports of all structural and process changes.Conduct research to identify the most effective business solutions.Monitor system performance by gathering data and producing reports.Test, maintain, and monitor systems and software, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.Coordinate with different teams to ensure projects align with company goals.
