Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Representative based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting and engaging potential clients, understanding their health insurance needs, and recommending tailored solutions. Daily tasks include scheduling and conducting consultations, explaining insurance policies and benefits, managing client accounts, and achieving sales targets. You will collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service and build lasting client relationships. QualificationsExceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsProven experience in sales, client prospecting, and customer engagementAbility to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate health insurance solutionsStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-throughAbility to meet or exceed sales targets and work in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of the health insurance industry or related experience is preferredProficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applicationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
