Construction Administrator

OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Administrator to support our project and field operations teams. This role plays an essential part in keeping administrative, financial, and logistical processes running efficiently across multiple projects.The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, communicates clearly with diverse stakeholders, and brings strong coordination and organizational skills to support construction or project-based operations.ResponsibilitiesOrganize, maintain, and track project documentation, including contracts, permits, compliance materials, and related correspondenceSupport the preparation of project budgets, cost estimates, and change documentation based on plans and project updatesServe as a communication bridge between field teams, office staff, vendors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure accurate and timely information flowCoordinate purchasing activities, including ordering, receiving, and tracking materials, equipment, and inventory to support project executionAssist with invoice processing, matching invoices to purchase orders, and maintaining accurate records within project tracking or accounting systemsSupport subcontractor onboarding and documentation, including agreements, insurance verification, and compliance paperworkRespond to phone calls and email inquiries professionally and promptlyProvide general administrative and operational support as needed to ensure project successQualificationsPrior experience in an administrative, operations, or project coordination role within construction, trades, or service based businessesStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and external partnersProficiency with common office productivity tools (such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office), email platforms, and digital document management systemsExperience using project management, enterprise resource planning (ERP), accounting, or industry-specific software systems is a plusExcellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentStrong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and financial trackingFluency in English required; additional language skills are welcomed and valuedPreferred ExperienceFamiliarity with construction project workflows, purchasing processes, cost tracking, or subcontractor coordinationExposure to budgeting, estimating, or change management processes within project-based work environmentsExperience supporting cross-functional teams in operational or logistics-focused rolesWhy Join UsCompetitive compensation packagePaid time offMedical, dental, and vision insuranceRetirement savings plan with employer contributionOpportunities for professional growth and skill developmentCollaborative and supportive team cultureIf you are organized, proactive, and enjoy supporting teams that bring projects to life, we encourage you to apply and grow your career with us.
