In this energetic role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages to various destinations, ensuring timely deliveries while providing excellent customer service.DutiesSafely operate a cargo van box truck or similar commercial vehicle to deliver packages along designated routesConduct thorough pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulationsNavigate routes efficiently using GPS and route planning tools to meet delivery deadlinesInteract professionally with customers during deliveries, providing friendly and helpful serviceHandle heavy lifting at times and moving of packages, ensuring proper handling to prevent damageMaintain accurate deliveries throughout all shifts ExperiencePrior delivery driver experience or courier background preferred, especially with route driving responsibilitiesWarehouse experience beneficial for loading/unloading procedures and equipment handlingValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to comfortably and safely perform heavy lifting up to 50 pounds and complete physical tasksFamiliarity with commercial driving regulations and safety standardsStrong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally on the roadEmbark on a rewarding career where your driving skills make a difference!
