Lead and coordinate the end-to-end bid and proposal processPrepare cost estimates, pricing models, and financial analysesDevelop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost controlsMonitor project performance against financial and operational targetsIdentify risks and implement mitigation strategiesCollaborate with engineering, operations, finance, and leadership teamsSupport contract negotiations and ensure compliance with client requirementsProduce detailed reporting for senior management and stakeholdersQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field3+ years of experience in bid management, project controls, or financial project oversightStrong financial acumen and analytical skillsExperience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost trackingExcellent organizational and communication skillsProficiency in Excel and project management softwarePMP or similar certification (preferred but not required)
