Lead React Developer

Overview You will lead a remote front-end team through a shift to micro front-end architecture. Collaborating with the lead Architect, you will drive best practices in React and build a reusable UI framework and shell for teams. The role focuses on front-end leadership, architecture alignment, and advancing technology while mentoring engineers. This is a hands-on leadership position with high impact on how UI systems scale across the organization.
